Standard engine, includes boring & honing the block, installing new pistons, rings, turning the crank or using a zero crank. Installing new rod bearings, main bearings, thrust washers, oil pump gears, rear main seal, timing belt and repacked tensioner bearing.
The head of course is a stock OEM style with several updates not to mention stainless exhaust valves. Includes disassembling and cleaned lifters. Checking and replacing any out of specification guides. Discarding all of the valves for brand new. All valves will be replaced with my custom built valves. The head surface will not be decked any farther than necessary to keep the engine at the correct compression ratio and the combustion chambers correct in CC volume. This engine now comes with the Geo fart smoke free kit.
You will find this engine exceeds all factory Suzuki specs and is built to my personal torque and cutting specifications.
The factory did a great job.
I just do it better after years of building them and better technology and tooling available today.
